Meet the Team
Open Eugene is made up of a group of individuals who all want to help our community

Kimberlee Noel
Community Connector & Media Director
Web designer, Content Creator and Podcast Producer. She loves to collaborate on civic projects that bring people together for the greater good. When not actively working on community projects you can often find her hanging out with her family playing board games and obsessing over color palettes. Often simultaneously.

Emily Clyde
Community Connector
A pragmatic social introvert. She is an outdoorsy traveling adventure seeking dog walking gardener extraordinaire. She also is the Program Director of Eugene Women in Tech. You will most likely find her wherever you can find a community based project in need of collaboration, mentorship and support.

Jessica Bobrowski
Special Projects Agent
Former scientist, currently connecting people through the web, printmaking, textiles, design and music. Founder of the Eugene Modern Quilt Guild and Special Agent for EugeneTech. Interested in widely sharing the abundant resources available in the greater Eugene community.

Sharayah Barr
Storyteller & Outreach
Main goal: avoid boredom at all costs. Keeping busy with the co-running of a small media publishing business, non-profit work, mom-life, yarn, and a small herd of animals. Using words to spread the mission of Open Eugene to all!

Mark Davis
Ambassador of Awesome
Enjoys Large Scale Art Installations and Colorful Hats. Instigator of things like EugeneTech, EUGCast, Hack-for-a-Cause, CodeChops and of course Open Eugene! The only thing he’s serious about is civic-tech and trying to use our collective powers for good!
